Recipe: Home-Roasted Peanuts!

Since finding the huge bag of cheap raw peanuts, I've begun roasting my own! I love seasoned peanuts (and all other peanut incarnations), but the ones in the store are full of chemicals, aren't crunchy enough, and can be pricey if you want the ones with cool flavours like chilli/lime or salt/pepper! They also have so much sodium, I get almost an instant headache.

First I tried frying them, which was good, but used waaay too much oil and they stayed a bit too greasy for my liking. So now I roast them in the oven.

Cooking:
These are seasoned differently. Both were roasted at 350˚ for about 20 minutes, stirring once, single layer on a baking sheet. DO NOT OVERCOOK as they continue to cook (and make cute little squealing popping noises) out of the oven. They should start to smell "peanut-y" and darken (the colour will vary depending on your spices).
